Core Team
Mr. Lawrence Wong | President (Academic Affairs Director)
With over 30 years of experience in education, social services, and business management, Mr. Wong is a registered teacher and social worker in Hong Kong. He leads the Association's major projects including "ICH on Campus" and the "2025 Heart-to-Heart Action," dedicated to the integration of education and technology as well as the innovative development of intangible cultural heritage.
Mr. CY Yu | Secretary-General
Founder and Asia-Pacific CEO of Baishunhui (International) Holdings Group, Mr. Yu has deep expertise in international trade, culture, and tourism. He leads the "Observe the World, World View" international ICH promotion initiative and has successfully facilitated the signing of nine innovative cooperation agreements, advancing the cross-sector integration and international development of ICH.
Dr. Ula Ou | Executive Vice President
Holding a PhD in Economics, Dr. Ou is a faculty member at Guangdong University of Science and Technology. She has long been engaged in research on cultural creative industries and ICH preservation, actively promoting the one-to-one pairing program between Hong Kong's 18 districts and mainland provinces and cities for ICH cultural tourism, fostering ICH exchange and cooperation between Guangdong and Hong Kong.
Ms. Esyuen Chow | Vice President (Overseas Executive Director – Supporting Overseas Regional Development)
Specializing in overseas culture, education, tourism, and cross-border cooperation, Ms. Zhao is familiar with the Southeast Asian market and its cultural tourism resources. She has promoted the "2025 Heart-to-Heart Action" and multiple international cultural projects, supporting the Association's overseas development and international exchanges.
Ms. Lee | Vice President (Art Director)
A nationally certified senior artist and founder of Lancaotang, Ms. Li has long been dedicated to Chinese ink art creation and education. Her works have been exhibited in Mainland China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, and Japan. She is committed to the contemporary transformation and international exchange of ink art.
Mr. Anthony Li | Vice President (Finance Director) | Certified Public Accountant
A CPA and member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Mr. Li possesses deep expertise in finance and auditing. He actively participates in public affairs and cross-regional exchanges and currently serves as Vice President of the Hong Kong Guangxi Yulin City Committee Fellow Association.
Mr. Chen Wanli | Vice President
A National First-Class Architect with master's degrees from the Academy of Arts & Design, Tsinghua University and Chongqing University, Mr. Chen has led over 70 hotel design projects. He integrates Lingnan architectural culture with contemporary design language, promoting the internationalization of Chinese architectural design.
Ms. Selina Chong | Vice President (Education)
A registered teacher in Hong Kong with a Master's degree in Education (TESOL), Ms. Zhang has long been dedicated to language education and cross-cultural exchange. She participates in educational program planning and exchange collaborations, providing professional support for the Association's educational development.
Ms. Luo Hong | Vice President
A seasoned psychology expert with over 16 years of industry operations experience, Ms. Luo currently serves as Secretary-General of the Global Artificial Intelligence Electronics Alliance and Executive Vice President of the Shenzhen Family Education Association. She excels in strategic coordination and resource integration.
Ms. Lulu | Deputy Secretary-General
A finance graduate from Sun Yat-sen University, Ms. Xiao has worked at Hang Seng Bank, Ping An Insurance, and several listed companies. She focuses on wealth management products, financial risk control, and project financing, assisting the Association in building a sustainable business framework.
Mr. Gabriel Chau | Planning Director
With a background in advertising design, Mr. Zou has deep expertise in design, branding, and event execution. Skilled in graphic design, 3D modeling, video production, and exhibition planning, he has led numerous large-scale events including pet shows, trendy toy exhibitions, and anime conventions.
Ms. Debbie Yu | Executive Committee Member
With over 15 years of experience in marketing and large-scale cultural event planning, Ms. Yu has led influential cultural activities including the Teresa Teng Memorial Concert and international music galas. She is actively involved in community engagement and public welfare initiatives.

The Advisory Team of the Association brings together distinguished leaders from the education, business, and social service sectors, providing long-term vision and professional advice to support the integrated development of culture, education, and technology.

Recipient of the Hong Kong SAR Government's Medal of Honour and a seasoned educator. Dr. Li has served at The Chinese University of Hong Kong, Hong Kong Baptist University, Lingnan University, and others. He currently serves as Chairman of the Minimum Wage Commission.
Advisor | Dr. Yu
Chairman of the Hong Kong Chinese Club and Chairman of the Mainland Affairs Committee of the Hong Kong Civic Association. Dr. Ru is dedicated to promoting Guangdong-Hong Kong cooperation, e-commerce, and social innovation development.

Former Dean of the Faculty of Science at Hong Kong Baptist University and retired Principal of Hon Wah College. Dr. Cao focuses on science education and interdisciplinary development, promoting holistic student development and international research collaboration.
